Pegged the "cuteness scale"November 11, 2008 Scott A. Webb I purchased this costume for my 11 month old daughter for Halloween. Since she started walking recently, it not only fit her, but she looked absolutely adorable wearing it. When she walked, the little white tail would wag behind her, and everyone was raving about her. I heard several people say "Oooh, look at the cute little cow!" in tones that ranged from squeals to delight. She was the star of the show, and easily would have won a cutest baby contest for Halloween. I would highly recommend this costume for anyone.
